Monitoring the Rendering Progress

Progress settings are available in the settings panel Settings panel (⚙) Monitoring Here you can create a tracking link to see progress on the mobile App. You can also save out rendering progress information to files (PNG & TXT).

Using the monitoring App

First you need to generate a unique tracking link by clicking the GENERATE TRACKING LINK button. Then move to the monitoring App installation guide.

Once a tracking link is generated, the app will wait for a mobile device to pair

Warning

Your tracking informations won’t be visible to anyone unless you share your tracking link

If you specify a cloud based folder (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud, One Drive…) in the settings, then you can access progress informations remotely.

Every minute, a screenshot of the app window will be saved to the specified folder

Save Blender rendering log files

Sometimes it can be useful to save all the console output, it contains all the rendering logs from Blender itself and from add-ons. Be sure to enable Save Blender rendering logs in the settings panel.
